Journals of Dorothy Wordsworth Vol I eBook Dorothy Wordsworth William Knight
R. Moore is absolutely correct -- there are inexcusable typographic errors, why I can only guess, but clearly those who launched this book on Kindle cannot have read it after it was prepared for submission. Lancaster University are currently (September 2015) running a MOOC on William Wordsworth and are of course introducing his sister Dorothy into the discussion. Dorothy, for whatever reason, hid her obviously brilliant light under a bushel. She wrote her diary in remarkable prose, remarkable for the beauty of description, but one might almost think her brother William allowed her to be the forerunner in description and then he versified her prose. For less than a dollar one can obtain this work and it is worth persevering through the typos.
The owners of this version might expand their public service by making the corrections needed -- not really a great labour, and certainly one of love.

Journals of Dorothy Wordsworth Vol I eBook Dorothy Wordsworth William Knight Reviews
Nothing inexpensive without reason. On brief examination, the edition is riddled with errors (due, I suspect, almost entirely to the poor OCR (optical character reading). That faulty process often makes hash of words or series of words--and though I haven't gone much farther than the first few pages, I suspect that some of the "mistranslations" will be very hard for readers to figure out and correct themselves. "Choleree" can be recognized, in the context of a sentence, as "Coleridge," but it's likely that other errors will stump the reader. I appreciate that there's a version of these journals, and at $1, you may choose to acquire it anyway--but if you won't be satisfied with less than a high degree of accuracy, it's probably best to go for the print version.
